Job summary

Chase Doors is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker with forklift experience for an on-site, hands-on position in Mankato, MN. The role covers receiving, material movement, production support and shipping with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include processing materials, operating equipment, maintaining safety and 5S, and coordinating with purchasing to ensure material availability. Must read orders, lift up to 45 lbs, and work on-site during scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required; specify types operated.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or related field preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Experience reading work orders and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• On-site work during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler).
• Store, move, pick, and stage materials to support production and customer shipments.
• Read and interpret work orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace (5S).
• Support material flow through production, including basic assembly and component handling.
• Perform material transactions, support inventory accuracy (cycle counts, physical inventory).
• Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain to maintain material availability.
• Move materials on scheduled intervals to designated areas.
• Cross-train across warehouse and production functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
