Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Proficient in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• At least 6 months forklift or reach truck experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Preferred knowledge of MRP/ERP and MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage materials for production.
• Pull parts from pick tickets and stage for production.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts).
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts; report discrepancies.
• Move team toward goals and improve processes with initiative.
• Perform duties as assigned (sorter/assembly).
