Job summary

Delta Personnel Staffing in Somerset, NJ is seeking dependable Material Handlers to support daily production and warehouse operations. This hands-on role involves material handling, moving finished products, scanning, and forklift operation on a 12-hour shift.

Two night shifts and one day shift are available with an immediate start. The job requires physical work and reliability; forklift experience is a plus and training will be provided.

Job Description

We are looking for dependable Material Handlers to assist with daily production and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position involving material handling, moving finished products, scanning, and forklift operation.

Job Responsibilities

• Dump parts into designated bins.
• Move finished products onto pallets.
• Handle and organize materials throughout the production area.
• Operate forklifts as trained and assigned.
• Scan products and materials for inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Training Schedule

• Week 1: 80% physical material handling (dumping parts into bins and moving finished products onto pallets) and 20% forklift operation.
• Week 2: Training on scanning and inventory procedures.
• Week 3: Forklift operation training.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
