Job summary

Cheese Merchants of America, Bartlett, IL, is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations in our production facility.

You will unload deliveries, stage products by customer orders, and help organize and maintain inventory; load/unload trucks and verify PO accuracy. Proficiency with standup-reach forklifts, WMS/ERP systems, and MS Office is required, plus collaboration with inventory control and purchasing.

The Material Handler will help maintain warehouse stock and assist in distribution of materials in a production facility. Our Material Handler will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging products based on customer orders and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Requirements

• Must have Material handling equipment experience in particular Standup-reach forklifts.
• Must have experience working in a WMS/ERP facility (barcoded warehouse).
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Work closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations
• Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming deliver matches the company purchase order
• Collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing department to determine when product is missing in a delivery
• All other duties assigned

Material Handler’s will work Monday through Thursday from 5AM to 4PM.

Friday hours will vary based on production schedules.
