L'Oréal Fulfillment Center in Monmouth Junction, NJ, is hiring Material Movement Specialists for the 2nd shift (3PM-11:30PM). You will move, store, pick, pack, and ship products, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely processing to meet customer demands.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, RF scanner familiarity, and flexibility for overtime. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay starting at $21+ per hour and benefits including PTO, parental leave, and 401k plans.

Your Role as a MMS ll:

Material Movement Specialists are accountable for the physical movement and the accurate computer system transactions for all materials within the fulfillment center, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping areas. You will ensure the integrity of inventory and the smooth flow of goods to meet our customer demands.
