Job summary

Misco Products Corp. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to move materials between Receiving, Production, and Distribution, ensuring timely and accurate transfers. You will operate forklifts/reach trucks, scan items, and keep areas organized and safe.

The role requires OSHA awareness and attention to detail, with regular communication with line leads about inventory availability and potential shortages. Overtime may be required to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able and certified to operate material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack).
• Ability to effectively utilize RiteScan and Ops Manager.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Reading comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and/or reach truck to pick up and deliver materials to various areas in the Production Department.
• Move skids and take them to stock area or Shipping/Receiving area using forklift and/or reach truck.
• Follow OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Physically transfer materials between warehouse, production, and distribution.
• Utilize a handheld scanner and forklift tablet to ensure material is digitally transferred into the correct location.
• Keep receiving area, warehouse, and raw materials area clean and neat at all times.
• Recognize inventory issues and notify supervisor of potential shortages/overages.
• Communicate regularly with Line Leads to provide updates on inventory availability and place jobs on hold as necessary.
