Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to perform shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials in a warehouse environment. The role requires basic math for inventory tracking and proficiency with warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.

Candidates should be able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, lift up to 50 pounds, and work overtime/weekends as needed. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to follow directions and work in a team.
• Proficient data entry and basic math for inventory.
• Willingness to learn, punctual, reliable, and adhere to safety regs.
• Able to lift up to 30–50 lbs and operate in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Locate material and equipment needed for each job.
• Remove material and equipment from completed jobs.
• Issue and return material as instructed.
• Supply material to all jobs as assigned.
• Document orders, materials and stock movements.
• Obtain cycle counts.
• May unload incoming material and store properly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and work overtime/weekends as needed.
