Job summary

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Midland, NC is hiring a full-time Material Handler to support parts supply for production, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role includes forklift operation, reading blueprints, and inventory monitoring, with indoor/outdoor duties in all weather.

Monday through Thursday shifts run 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and team-oriented, with a proactive mindset to keep the warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and supplies.
• Prepare parts for work orders and ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Monitor and assist with inventory control.
• Keep warehouse and outdoor lot clean and organized.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and read blueprints to identify parts and documents.
