Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic problems.
• Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math.

Responsibilities

• Follow company procedures, processes, and policies under supervision.
• Participate in metric boards for Safety, Quality, CI, and Productivity.
• Complete and retain required training.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors as needed.
• Engage in 5S visual control practices and address abnormalities.
• Operate forklift or related equipment per procedure.
• Maintain good attendance per policy.
