CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a dependable Material Handler & Forklift Driver at our New Britain, CT facility. You will move materials, load and unload using a forklift, and help keep production flowing by ensuring timely material availability.

Responsibilities include organizing inventory, labeling, and following safety procedures. A valid driver’s license is required, and forklift certification may be pursued to support ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Basic inventory, labeling, and recordkeeping skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong safety mindset and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated areas in a timely manner.
• Stage and organize materials to support efficient production workflows.
• Maintain accurate inventory by tracking, labeling, and verifying materials.
• Inspect equipment daily and report safety concerns to ensure safe operation.
• Follow safety procedures for handling, stacking, and securing materials.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments, ensuring proper storage.
• Support production teams by ensuring materials are readily available and replenished.
