Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Reno, NV is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Driver to join our warehouse operations. This full-time role supports inventory control, production goals, and timely order fulfillment across day and night shifts.

You will operate forklifts or reach trucks, coordinate labor distribution, assist with storing, receiving, space management, transport and staging of products, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or reach trucks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in material handling.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Material Handler / Forklift Driver

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics | Reno, NV

Shift:

• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Hourly Rate:

$27.25 USD

Hourly Pay:

up to $29.75 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Overtime:

Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met
• Support one or more departments: storing, receiving, space management
• Transport/staging/storing of product
• Maintain work and product store areas

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience operating forklifts or similar equipment (reach truck or order picker).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in material handling and documentation.
• Prior warehouse experience with knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for considerable lengths of time.
