Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP and inventory systems.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming materials and products.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to support manufacturing operations.
• Pack and prepare materials, components, and finished goods for shipment or transfer.
• Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure materials are available.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and related equipment safely.
• Process inventory transactions using ERP and other computer tools.
• Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and documentation.
• Support packaging, crating, and shipment preparation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
