Job summary

Royal Truck & Equipment, a leader in traffic safety, is seeking a full-time Materials Handler to join our team in Pennsylvania. The role involves loading and unloading deliveries, operating forklifts and cranes, counting materials, and staging for production.

You will also perform some assembly tasks, assist with snow removal as needed, and work 6:00-4:30 with occasional overtime. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 2+ years in upfitting/vehicle assembly and forklift/crane experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years upfitting/vehicle assembly experience or related.
• Minimum 3 years forklift and crane operation experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Operate forklift, cranes, and front end loaders.
• Drive delivery flatbed when required.
• Complete documentation for kitting and cycle counts.
• Support material movement and basic assembly tasks.
• Assist with snow removal and adjust schedule as needed.
