The role blends administrative work with hands-on forklift and material handling duties, with a day shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Responsibilities include supporting shipping/receiving, managing paperwork, inventory, and cross‑department communications to keep workflows efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience with both administrative tasks and forklift/material handling operations (must have).
• Strong organizational and communication skills (must have).
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Shipping Receiving Manager with daily shipping department operations.
• Handling approximately 50% office and administrative responsibilities, including paperwork and organization.
• Operating a forklift and performing hands-on material handling duties for the other 50% of your time.
• Assisting with inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
