Job summary

CrossFire Group in Sidman, PA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to load and unload materials, operate propane and electric forklifts, and prepare shipments. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay at $19.13 per hour. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; prior warehouse or forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating propane and/or electric forklifts preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify shipping documents and customer information.
• Safely operate propane and electric forklifts.
• Complete daily pre-shift forklift inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
• Load finished products onto semi-trucks and box trucks.
• Prepare, stage, and package products for shipment.
• Perform material handling and material preparation duties.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.
