Barry Callebaut Group in St. Albans, VT is seeking a Material Handler to ensure continuous supply to internal manufacturing departments. You will retrieve, verify, transfer and store materials for both externally supplied and internally manufactured products.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in a warehouse, valid license, and experience with material handling equipment. SAP/WMS knowledge is preferred. Join a team committed to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• SAP and WMS knowledge preferred.
• Valid motor vehicle license.
• Experience with material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with food-manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Observe safety, sanitation, GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Operate forklift vehicles in a safe manner.
• Perform material handling as required throughout the production and warehouse areas.
• Perform visual inspection of inbound/outbound materials prior to acceptance or loading to ensure conformance.
• Perform sample checks on inbound materials as required.
• Assign and store all inbound materials.
• Provide raw materials and packaging to internal customers.
• Restock unused materials as needed.
• Complete daily cycle counts accurately per established auditing guidelines.
• Identify and report all motorized equipment failure prior to use.
• Support special project needs as is necessary.
