Job summary

Leggett & Platt is seeking a Material Handler to move and mark finished goods and scrap foam across production lines. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and accuracy in handling pallets and conveyors.

You will assist in wrapping and transporting materials, ensure tickets accompany each pallet, and support multiple operations as needed. Applicants must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED; accommodations are provided where needed.

Responsibilities

• Position foam onto pallets for production or shipping.
• Move empty flats to end of conveyor lines.
• Unload any leftover foam blocks on conveyors.
• Move finished and unfinished products as needed throughout operation.
• Ensure all flats of material have tickets.
• Use hand trucks, buggies, or other material handling equipment.
• Assist in wrapping department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
