Job summary

Charter Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Kentwood, MI to manage receiving, organizing, and shipping of inventory with a focus on accuracy and safety. You will work with Customer Care and Sales on order details and assist in training new staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in pulling/packing orders in warehouse distribution/manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salespad, FedEx Ship Manager & UPS Worldship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document products for delivery or return.
• Load orders onto trucks and shipping containers.
• Organize incoming stock and label products accurately.
• Scan labels to ensure correct destinations.
• Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials and notify supervisor.
• Coordinate with Customer Care and Sales on orders.
• Assist with training of new employees.
• Other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
