Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking a motivated Material Handler to pick and process orders in our warehouse, supporting daily production and shipping needs. Proficiency with a PC, MS Office, Viewpoint, and Access database is preferred, with familiarity in using material handling equipment.

The role requires 1+ year of experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Schedule is typically 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience.
• Travel: None.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, stage, and process materials and parts to support daily production and shipping needs.
• Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Deliver materials to designated points of use on the production floor or in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with assembly teams and warehouse staff to anticipate material needs.
• Support safety and OSHA compliance; follow company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment via 5S practices.
• Use hand and power tools for packaging, kitting, or basic material prep.
• Attend team meetings and training to stay aligned with goals.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
