Job summary

Irby Utilities is hiring a Material Handler to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will load, unload, and move materials, use RF devices for order accuracy, and operate forklifts and related equipment. You will also pack and ship orders, manage inventory, and follow safety protocols.

This full-time role offers a path for growth within logistics, with the PEAK program and comprehensive benefits including health care, 401(k), PTO, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Able to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site.
• Use RF devices to fill orders and issue materials per requests.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies).
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Champion inventory management practices.
• Adhere to safety and security policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment
