Job summary

Ziehm Orthoscan Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Material Handler to support manufacturing, inventory, receiving and shipping.

Under the Director of Operations, you will perform warehouse duties, process transactions in SAP, pick parts, and prep kitting packages for timely delivery to manufacturing lines. The role requires 3 years in inventory/stockroom operations and 1 year in shipping/receiving, plus proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

Three years experience with inventory, cycle counting and stockroom operations.
One year experience in Shipping and Receiving.
Experience in ISO 9001/13485 environments.
Proficiency with Word and Excel; ERP systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse duties including receipt, counting, labeling, storage, retrieval and movement of materials.
Process transactions in SAP ERP system.
Pick parts and prepare kitting packages for timely delivery to manufacturing lines.
Assist internal customers with material requirements.
Monitor inventory levels via cycle counts and physical counts; prepare reports.
Serve as backup in shipping and receiving during busy periods.
Drive company vehicle to collect and deliver material.
Comply with safety practices and PPE requirements.
Any additional duties assigned by Materials Manager.
