Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Some experience in general warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficient with Basic Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Forklift certification mandatory after 90 days.
• Must obtain a Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) License.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads materials shipped to and from interplant and outside facilities.
• Verify transaction accuracy and inspect goods for condition.
• Operate material handling equipment to retrieve, put away and replenish materials.
• Document shipping and receiving orders using Warehouse management systems.
• Ensure correct pallets based on EXACTA and supplier criteria.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure timely turnover in shipping/sortation area.
• Complete a Pre‑Shift Checklist for powered equipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment and communicate quality changes.
• Follow GMPs and assist with training of new employees.
