Job summary

NFI Industries in North Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Material Handler to move materials and finished goods safely and efficiently. You will load and unload freight, pick and pack orders, and use RF scanners to support inventory accuracy. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs various material handling duties manually or using a hand truck within the facility.
• Loads finished product onto pallets or hand trucks as required.
• Stacks skids or pallets in assigned storage or staging areas.
• Loads and unloads freight in an efficient, safe, and accurate manner.
• Picks and packs customer orders, assembling merchandise for shipment.
• Applies labels to shipments according to requirements.
• Processes orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and confirmations.
• Verifies freight accuracy and checks for damage or infestation.
• Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.
• Uses RF scanning devices to support inventory management.
• Provides cleaning and sanitation as needed; maintains a clean and safe work area.
