Job summary

Planar International is seeking a dedicated Material Handler at our Hillsboro, OR facility to ensure accurate inventory flow and on-time order fulfillment. You will inspect shipments, organize stock, and prepare orders for shipping while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read and follow work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Verify shipments against packing slips or POs.
• Sort, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Use D365, Salesforce, and other internal systems to track inbound/outbound status.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and cycle counting.
