CW Resources, Inc. is hiring a dependable Material Handler & Forklift Driver in New Britain, CT. You will move materials, stock inventory, and support production to ensure smooth operations.

This full‑time role requires willingness to obtain forklift certification, strong safety awareness, and good communication with the team. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production plant, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material handling environment.
• Ability and willingness to learn to safely operate a forklift and obtain required certification.
• Basic inventory, labeling, and recordkeeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards and proper equipment operation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated production, storage, or shipping areas in a timely manner.
• Stage and organize materials to support efficient production workflows and minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate inventory by tracking, labeling, and verifying materials during movement and storage.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns to ensure safe operation.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling, stacking, and securing of materials.
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments, ensuring materials are stored correctly.
• Support production teams by ensuring materials are readily available and replenished as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement and prioritize tasks.

• Location: 200 Myrtle St, New Britain CT, 06053
• Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Pay: $17.25/hourly

CW is seeking a dependable and safety-minded Material Handler & Forklift Driver to join our team in a fast-paced production setting. What You’ll Need To Be Successful
