Job summary

B. Braun US Pharmaceutical Manufacturing LLC in Daytona Beach, FL, is seeking a Logistics Associate to support production by ensuring materials are stocked and available, and by tracking material flow on the shop floor.

You will work under supervision, perform basic material handling tasks, and contribute to safety and regulatory compliance while learning warehouse operations.

Position Summary:

• Assists supervisor to ensure that production operators have sufficient stock of materials.
• Collects, checks and keeps records of materials flow to and from production area.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Required to apply basic working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts, and proposes a course of action. Performs basic level shop floor competencies.
• Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
• May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
