About The Role

As a CBRE Material Handler, you’ll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. This job supports the Supply Chain function, which is responsible for improving the efficiency of the organization’s supply chain.

Shift: 5:45am to 6pm Monday through Thursday with a rotation of Friday through Sunday every other week (2,2,3 shift rotation).

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from vehicles.
  • Operate manual and motorized ride-on pallet jacks.
  • Help pack and unpack shipments, including processing, scanning, shelving, pulling orders, and data entry into inventory systems.
  • Operate forklift for loading and unloading trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Maintain and optimize stockroom and storage areas.
  • Label materials as per procedures.
  • Audit warehouse inventory through physical checks for accuracy.
  • Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
  • Perform duties under close supervision and mentorship, following defined processes.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Forklift certification will be obtained on the job.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Experience in GMP Materials & Pharmaceutical environments preferred.
  • Physical ability to stoop, stand, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for straightforward exchanges.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
