Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Forest Park, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help move material and inventory through our facility. You will use hand trucks, scanners, and conveyors to pack, count, and label products while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The day shift runs Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm. Candidates should be at least 18, be able to perform basic math, and read safety rules and procedures. Warehouse experience and a willingness to overtime are a plus.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, you’ll need to be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed.
• Experience using a handheld scanner.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team to achieve goals and objectives.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• - Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility
• - Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment
• - Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
• - Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner
• - Adhere to the 7S program
• - Maintain a clean environment at all times
• - Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• - To be at least 18 years of age
