Job summary

Qualifications

• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and appropriate rigging material.
• Knowledge of rigging for safe controlled, calculated lifts.
• Familiarity with blue print and tape measure reading.
• Experience with an ERP database.

Responsibilities

• Assist in movement, staging, and kitting of materials for work in progress
• Review production schedules and work orders to determine materials required and material priorities for jobs
• Build supports or braces as needed to stabilize objects for fabrication and transportation
• Operate highly specialized moving equipment, ie cranes & forklifts, to position materials weighing up to and including 40,000lbs
