Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Lincolnton, NC — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Hourly pay is $18.14 per hour with a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm schedule. Duties include loading, packing, shipping, and forklift operation in a clean, safe warehouse environment, supporting distribution across the US. Training, benefits, and 401(k) matching are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have clean driving record and pass motor vehicle check.
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
