Essential Functions

1. Move materials within the department and to other departments.
2. Assist co-workers with department processes and stage parts based on the build schedule.
3. Operate forklifts safely.
4. Control inventory and reconcile records.
5. Ensure correct tagging and parts management.
6. Maintain accurate inventory locations using our inventory control system.
7. Keep the work area clean and organized by removing cardboard and wood.
8. Perform cycle counts of parts as needed.
9. Comply with all EHS and PPE policies and procedures.

This list covers the primary duties but is not exhaustive. Additional tasks may be assigned to support Donaldson's mission and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of related experience, including forklift certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform tasks safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work off-shifts, weekends, and extended shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements
