Job summary

SPX Flow is seeking a Shipping Clerk to receive picklists, pick parts from inventory, and assemble kits for shipment. You will handle basic SAP transactions, stock parts, and stage items for shipment in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires accurate order fulfillment, attention to detail, and strong time management. Previous SAP experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred; safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 1 year of related experience in shipping department, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Prior SAP experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle internal and external customer communication.

Responsibilities

  • Pick parts for kits and parts order deliveries from listed inventory locations.
  • Assemble materials into kits and finish packaging.
  • Stock parts in specified inventory locations and complete SAP transactions.
  • Stage picked parts for shipment and perform related duties as assigned.

Picks parts from inventory locations specified on picklist and when necessary, performs light assembly and kitting work on parts. Finish packages parts and either stage parts for shipment or stock parts in specific kit inventory location. Performs basic issuing, confirming, and stocking material transactions in SAP. Prioritizes the work orders based on Commitment dates, and customer needs.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  • Pick parts for both kits and parts order deliveries from inventory locations specific on picklists
  • Assemble materials into a kit and finish package material.
  • Physical stock in specified inventory location
  • Complete transactions in SAP to ensure material is properly placing in inventory in SAP at the specified inventory location.
  • Stage picked pats for shipment.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent time management is imperative for a shipping clerk.
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Basic SAP skills
  • Proficient understanding of safety practices within operations.
  • A self-starter who is solutions driven with the ability to produce results.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.
Education And Experience
  • Prior SAP Experience

Anticipated salary range for this position: $42,600/yr to $59,520/yr. The anticipated salary range is what we believe to be the likely base salary range for this position at the time of posting. Actual salary for this position will depend on relevant qualifications, skills, and experience
