Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts safely to load, unload, and stage warehouse materials.
• Move raw materials to production areas and organize finished goods for outbound shipping.
• Perform regular physical cycle counts and verify stock against paperwork.
• Maintain and update master inventory tracking spreadsheets daily with exact quantities and locations.
• Reconcile incoming bills of lading and shipping receipts against Excel purchase logs.
• Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and keep driving aisles clean and organized.

The ideal candidate does not just move pallets safely—they also serve as a key gatekeeper for our data accuracy by tracking stock changes directly in Microsoft Excel.

Job Details

• Salary: $18.00 an hour
• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift and Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts safely to load, unload, and stage warehouse materials.
• Material Handling: Move raw materials to production areas and organize finished goods for outbound shipping.
• Inventory Tracking: Perform regular physical cycle counts and verify physical stock against paperwork.
• Excel Data Entry: Maintain and update master inventory tracking spreadsheets daily with exact quantities and locations.
• Documentation: Reconcile incoming bills of lading and shipping receipts against Excel purchase logs.

Qualifications & Skills
