Job summary

kdc/one Aerofil in Sullivan, Missouri is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for efficient movement of material throughout the facility to meet business demands.

You will pull finished goods, deliver components, scan into the system, stock locations, and maintain 6S and FIFO processes. Prior forklift experience and ability to operate walkie stacker or sit-down forklift are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to move materials efficiently in a warehouse.
• Experience with forklift equipment and pallet tagging.
• Follows FIFO processes and 6S daily.
• Ability to scan and locate items in warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Pull finished goods from production, tag pallets, and scan into the system.
• Deliver components from staging to production.
• Remove restock from lines and place in restock area.
• Follow FIFO process and maintain 6S in daily operations.
• Operate walkie stacker and sit-down forklift per SOP.
• Receive inbound merchandise and prepare for put away.
• Locate and count packaging components, raw materials and finished goods.

Position Summary:

Responsible for efficient movement of material throughout the facility to meet the demands of the business.

Essential Functions:

• Pull F/G from production/stretch wrap/apply pallet tag/scan into system.
• Deliver components from staging to production.
• Remove restock from lines, place into restock or designated area.
• Follow FIFO Process
• Operate ‘walkie’ stacker, meeting expectations and follow standard operations, including external tasks.
• Scan produced F/G and put in proper warehouse locations.
• Locate restock materials into correct warehouse locations.
• Ensure 6S assignments are done on a daily basis.
• Operate a sit-down forklift, meeting expectations and following standard operations, including external tasks.
• Receive in merchandise (raw materials and/or finished goods), which also includes unloading, breakdown and preparing for put away.
• Generate barcode labels for inbound components.
• Locate and count packaging components, raw materials and finished goods.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
