Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
• Prepare shipping documents, mailing labels, and ensure that all orders and withdrawal requests from the warehouse are correctly fulfilled.
• Pack and/or unpack materials as required.
• Consolidate shipping orders, post weights, and shipping charges and affix postage.
• Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials, and actual shipment arrivals.
• Ensure that all goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.
• Unpack consolidated shipment deliveries and distribute contents to the correct location.
• Accomplish daily goods movement flow.
• Maintain inventory management system to ensure actual physical inventory matches the logical inventory.
• Route production items to the correct location.
• Maintain one full day ahead of ship plan.
• Lead and communicate with Wash Employee.
• Coordinate with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Operate lift truck or hand truck to move or hoist materials.
