Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. You will receive, store, move, and ship materials while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

You will read schedules, operate forklifts, record inventory, and participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and willingness to work overtime on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, orders, and requisitions to determine materials to be moved.
• Transport materials and products between receiving, storage, and production areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to procedures.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, and stock requests and distribute materials to production areas.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare shipments on pallets.
• Record quantities of materials and products received and distributed.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload pallets and materials from trailers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
