You will label and scan boxes, print shop orders, maintain material systems, and keep accurate paperwork. Ability to lift 40–65 lbs and obtain a forklift license is required; teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of factory experience preferred.
• Must obtain forklift license.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Lift loads of 40–65 pounds from floor to above waist.
• Must be able to work in temperature extremes and indoors.

Responsibilities

• Transfer raw materials and finished goods; hook up and start auxiliary equipment.
• Label and scan production boxes.
• Print shop orders and labels.
• Clean and maintain the material system.
• Perform color and material changes.
• Set up and carry out minor maintenance of auxiliary equipment.
• Fill colorant bins and weigh materials.
• Complete workbooks and changeover worksheets.
• Supply materials to machines; organize inventory and safety with supervisor.
