MacLean-Fogg Company in Whitewater, Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handler on the 3rd shift to keep production supplied with materials and to support equipment used in material preparation.

The role requires moving and staging materials, operating forklifts, recording inventory movements, and ensuring safety and accuracy on the production floor. Onsite, full-time, hourly, non-exempt with a 3rd shift schedule Sunday-Thursday.

Qualificações

• At least two years of material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment.
• Basic computer skills to enter or retrieve inventory information.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work the complete 3rd-shift schedule onsite in Whitewater

Responsabilidades

• Deliver raw materials to production work centers accurately and on time
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely
• Move, weigh, stage, stock, and issue materials used in production
• Inspect materials for damage and verify that items are properly labeled and packaged
• Use JDE, RFS, RF scanners, and related systems to record inventory movements
• Support material-preparation equipment such as dryers, grinders, and color feeders
• Complete inventory counts and help reconcile inventory differences
• Transport materials and products safely to and from the production floor
• Communicate material shortages, damaged products, and inventory concerns
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow, accuracy, safety, and efficiency
• Complete other related duties as assigned

About the Role

Keep production supplied with the right materials at the right time.

As a Material Handler on 3rd shift, you will move and stage materials, operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment, update inventory transactions, and deliver materials to production work centers. You will also support equipment used to prepare materials for production, including dryers, grinders, and color feeders.

Your attention to safety, accuracy, and timing will help prevent production delays and keep the Whitewater facility running efficiently.

What You Will Do

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including experience entering or retrieving inventory information

• Basic mathematical skills

• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain accurate records

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to work the complete 3rd-shift schedule onsite in Whitewater

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using JDE, RFS, RF scanners, or another ERP or warehouse-management system

• Experience supporting production material flow in a manufacturing environment

• Experience working with dryers, grinders, color feeders, or similar material-preparation equipment

• Experience supporting plastics or injection-molding operations

What Success Looks Like

• Production work centers receive the correct materials when needed

• Inventory movements are recorded accurately and on time

• Materials are transported without damage or safety incidents

• Shortages, discrepancies, and equipment concerns are communicated promptly

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a hands-on manufacturing role performed onsite at our Whitewater facility. The position regularly works around injection molding equipment and requires active involvement on the production floor.

Physical Requirements

• Push and pull objects weighing up to 30 pounds

• Use hands and fingers to handle small objects and operate equipment

• Work safely in a noisy manufacturing environment
