Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino is seeking a reliable Material Handler to keep production and distribution running smoothly. You will pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials, and stage finished goods while supporting a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock, locating items for production, preparing shipments, performing pre-use forklift inspections, and cross-training across production functions to improve team performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience in inventory or logistics preferred.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading and securing product.
• Maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
• Cross train to learn multiple functions in the production environment.
• Load and unload equipment and supplies as directed, as well as delivery trucks ensuring that each delivery matches the company purchase order.
• Clean and organize shop and other areas as required.
• Comply with company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities.
