The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and good communication. Overtime may be required; 10-hour shifts and different shift times are possible depending on workload.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials into the machine.
• Verify correct material for production line and assist with basic machine setup.
• Respond to indicator lights and mitigate issues as needed.
• Support safety audits and internal controls with documentation.
