Job summary

PJ Trailers is seeking a Forklift Operator at the Sumner facility to move trailers and materials within warehouses, production floors, and yards. You will operate forklifts with care to ensure efficiency and safety, supporting timely production and inventory processes.

The role requires 1 year of forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong focus on hazard identification and adherence to safety protocols. This is a full-time day shift at our Sumner site.

Qualifications

• 1 year of forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.

• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
• Proven experience as forklift operator.
