Job summary

Philips is seeking a Material Handler 2 to support the production line in Ontario, CA. You will assist group leads to prepare the line, ensure correct BOM components are issued, and keep the line supplied while removing waste. This role is on site with full-time hours.

No prior experience is required; candidates with knowledge of manufacturing environments or material handling are preferred. You will work closely with warehouse staff to stage parts and maintain uninterrupted production.

Job Description

Your role:

You're the right fit if:

• You have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• No experience required, preferably knowledgeable on any of the following manufacturing production environments or material handling.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position in (Ontario, California) is $18.00 to $27.00, plus overtime eligible and 2nd shift pay differentical.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
