Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in material handling preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred, in-house training available.

Responsibilities

• Receive and transfer raw bar stock using a forklift.
• Inspect bar stock for defects and irregularities before loading into machines.
• Load materials for loading in bar feeders and transport to machines.
• Collaborate with machine operators to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
