Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) to support our facility in Monroe, NJ. You will move materials, operate hand jacks and scanners, and assist with packing, labeling, and counting products to ensure accurate orders.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, comfortable with basic math, able to read safety procedures, and have about one year of warehouse experience. A strong team attitude and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
• Flexibility to work a schedule including possible overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility.
• Use hand jacks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Pack, scan, kit or count products as needed.
• Verify orders and label products with a handheld scanner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support operations to improve efficiency.
