Job summary

Kapco Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for the 1st shift at our Osceola, WI facility.

The role involves moving in-plant materials, delivering raw materials, WIP, and packaging supplies, loading coils, and returning items to proper locations. Successful candidates will perform safety-conscious material handling, complete required inventory paperwork, and support production with timely delivery of products and containers.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification completed or to be completed.
• Strong attention to safety and inventory procedures.
• Ability to plan for movement of materials and parts to production areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-plant materials and deliver raw materials, work in process, and packaging supplies to presses and shipping areas.
• Load coils and return identified materials to correct inventory locations.
• Dispose of scrap and complete inventory paperwork accurately.
• Assist production operators with timely delivery of products and containers.
• Perform pre-shift maintenance checks on forklift equipment and keep records.
