Job summary

Generac is seeking a Material Handler who will support assembly by picking parts and delivering to lines in Beaver Dam, WI. The role supports production with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity, requiring basic PC skills and teamwork.

The position is structured with multiple levels (I–III) and shift hours are 1st shift, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with pay rates of $19.50–$20.50 per hour depending on level. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work under general supervision with defined tasks and follow company policies.
• Handle materials and operate forklift as needed to support production.
• Participate in 5S and maintain visual controls in the area.
• Maintain safety, quality, CI, and productivity measures.
• Complete required training and collaborate with team members.
