Job summary

QA1 is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift in Lakeville, MN. You will pull products for orders, pack shipments, receive inventory, and perform inventory transactions in SyteLine while maintaining accuracy and safety. This role supports the Area Manager and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Strong time-management to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to do what is needed.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Basic math, reading and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Packaging outbound customer shipments.
• Processing customer order paperwork.
• Pulling orders for internal job orders.
• Breaks down pallets of incoming inventory.
• Move inventory within the warehouse accurately.
• Label all inventory properly.
• Create accurate inventory transactions in SyteLine.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory management processes.
• Safely operate order pickers and forklifts and perform daily safety checks on the pickers and forklifts.

The Career:

As a member of the QA1 team, you’ll be responsible for pulling products for internal and customer orders, packing shipments, receiving shipments, and doing inventory transactions. You’ll support the Area Manager – Material Handling, and your success in this role will depend on your ability to ensure timely and accurate processing. The Opportunity:

The Critical Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Self-directed and able to recognize and pursue opportunities not identified by others
• Results-oriented with sense of urgency to in a fast-paced environment.
• Time-management skills to complete deadline sensitive projects.
• Hands-on attitude. Willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
