Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking personnel to perform packaging operations and manage inventory in a Baldwin Park, CA facility. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, labeling, and transferring materials to production areas, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.

The role requires attention to detail and teamwork to meet daily production needs. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be prepared to perform counts, report discrepancies, and adapt to priority

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging operations for select products.
• Transfer materials and supplies into manufacturing departments.
• Stock finished goods and raw materials.
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor and correct ERP records.
• Keep warehouse and transfer station clean and orderly.
• Process work orders by priority to meet customer demand.
• Ensure labeling and storage per SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using FIFO where possible.
• Count physical inventory as required by ERP or directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Perform packaging operations for select products.
Transfer materials, components, and supplies into manufacturing departments.
Perform stocking of finished goods and raw materials.
Report inventory discrepancies between the amount physically on hand and that listed in the ERP system to the direct supervisor or Lead for immediate correction.
Maintain warehouse and transfer station in a clean and orderly manner.
Work Orders processed by priority to meet customer demand.
Comply with regulations; ensures materials and components are properly labeled and stored in assigned locations per applicable SOP’s.
Achieve and maintain inventory accuracy by using FIFO system when possible due to process ability.
Perform counts of physical inventory on hand as required per the ERP system or as directed.
Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or Lead.
