Job Duties

1. Maintain a safe forklift driving record
2. Safely load and unload NCS parts and materials throughout the factory
3. Complete forklift inspections and communicate maintenance needs promptly
4. Use daily replenishment reports to restock bins in our parts shipping warehouse
5. Follow a cycle count program to maintain accurate inventory
6. Assist team members in locating missing or misplaced items
7. Pull materials and manage inventory for work orders, updating records accordingly
8. Maintain accurate inventory records
9. Ensure good housekeeping and organization of the facility
10. Work outside in various weather conditions, loading and unloading materials
11. Comply with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other safety regulations
12. Note: Duties may be added or changed at management's discretion

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Forklift experience is preferred
3. Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and colleagues
4. Experience with MRP systems and scanners is preferred
5. Willingness to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
2. Ability to work in all weather conditions
3. May involve stooping, bending, reaching, walking, and repetitive hand motions
4. Prolonged sitting may be required
