LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. (LGESMI) on the production floor seeks a warehouse support to track and organize materials, preparing items for inventory daily according to requests.

You will assist with pallet coordination, forklift operations, and inventory reporting while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse on site.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3+ years of related work experience.
• 1+ year forklift experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support EOL Production and shipment process.
• Coordinate and inspect incoming and outgoing pallets for accuracy (tray count, pallet reports).
• Learn and understand GMES system; ability to make/view basic reports.
• Manage amount of empty pallets, dunnage, black skids, and straps in the warehouse.
• Able to operate a forklift safely around pedestrians and in congested areas.
• Perform daily forklift checks and battery charging when not in use.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Support inventory processes.
• Contact Tray coordinator to organize/move empty aging trays.
• Complete daily documentation and audits as required by position.
• Follow established work instructions and safety requirements; follow PPE and dress code.

Summary:

Tracking and organizing production materials on the production floor. Preparing materials for inventory daily according to requests.

Responsibilities:

• Support EOL (End Of Line) Production and shipment process
• Coordinate/Inspect incoming and outgoing pallets to make sure the tray count, pallet reports are correct
• Learn and understand GMES system, ability to make/view basic reports
• Manage amount of empty pallets and dunnage, black skids, strap in the warehouse
• Able to operator a forklift safely around pedestrians and in a congested area.
• Perform daily checks of forklift to ensure it is safe to operate
• Check forklift battery and charge when not in use
• Keep Warehouse clean and organized
• Support inventory process
• Contacting with Tray coordinator organize/help moving empty aging trays
• Complete daily documentation and audits, as required by position
• Follow established work instructions
• Adhere to safety requirements at all times, including the use of properPPE Adhere to general, and position-specific, dress code requirements
• Participate in, and successfully complete, any and all training requirements
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required

• Follow LGESMI existing cleaning SOP’s during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience:

• 1 to 3+ years of related work experience
• 1+ year of forklift experience

• MS Office Suite

• Basic math skills are required
• Ability to read and interpret graphs and measurements

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours
